What we ate Wednesday!
Cold weather calls for warm hardy meals!! Here is my super duper easy delicious chicken pot pie!
While all the products I used are Market Pantry, Target did not sponsor me! Dennis did!
1. Boil chicken breasts! I use 2 breasts per pie. Shred before building your pie together. You can use one of those already cooked chickens if you're pressed for time.
2. Lay out one of these bad boys in your pie pan! Time saver and honestly might be my favorite part of the pie! I'm making two tonight!
3. Load your chicken into the bottom of the pie crust followed by one bag of frozen veggies!
4. I use two cans of Cream of Chicken Soup per pie and pour it all over the chicken and veggies! (I used Market Pantry this time but I prefer Campbell's!)
5. Lastly, I put the top pie crust over everything and poke little holes with my fork on top! Bake for an hour at 350! You can keep checking on it and once its golden...its done!
6. Serve over this!
DONE & DONE!!! Enjoy!!!
